I’m a competitive CrossFit athlete and for the past 3 years have never supplemented, as most products never really agreed with me or made me swell during my workouts. I wanted to try Redy, as it had great reviews from my friends. I have gotta say I was surprised! I’m in love with Magma! It tastes great and really ups my intensity during my workouts. Especially during really heavy lifting days. I mix it with cold almond milk and a bit of agave nectar (for some carbs), and it works like magic! After the first 3 weeks of using it I PR’ed a lot of strength movements, and my physique changed a bit too. I added more lean muscle in the past 8 weeks that I have been using it. So it’s great for muscle recovery! I really really like this product!
