2019 is going to an amazing year. All of us here at Redy want to help you achieve each and every one of your goals. The first part is setting a goal. Not some worthless goal like losing weight, a real goal, like being healthier, being more active, preparing for a hunt, reducing body fat, getting ready for a cruise you have always wanted to take or be able to enjoy your life to a fuller level.
Think about your goals and then consider what is it going to take to get there. Know, that it will not be easy, there will be challenges, roadblocks and set backs. But also know this, YOU CAN DO IT!! Preparing mentally to take on a challenge can be difficult, the trick is to always consider where you started and where you are in the process.
This is going to be a lifestyle change, a new way of looking at food, exercise and yourself. Our minds are the most powerful resource we possess, never let it convince you to quit. You have to convince it that quitting is not an option. Once you have made that decision, you are well on your way to success.
Take a minute to celebrate the small victories in this process. I struggle when I hear people say I have only lost xx or I can only do xx. Each of those is far ahead of where you would be by doing nothing! Never forget that this is a journey, not a destination. Enjoy the process celebrate small victories and never dwell on the setbacks. A setback is just a chance to once again prove to yourself you have the ability to continue and move forward!!
